Important Tips On Skin Care To Help You Choose The Best Product

As I thought about what great skin care advice could give that would be suitable for you in fear of my extensive knowledge of skincare, I was blank.

So instead, I came up with three pieces of skin care that will probably not surprise you, but they are still very important to know.

First tip - Moisturize

My first advice is a skin care that I wish someone had told me long ago.

Here are some tips: stay away from products that contain mineral oil.

Let me explain why. Mineral oil is a very low quality ingredient moisturizer that gives your skin a temporary sensation of moisture. Many, many, many companies use mineral oil because it is cheap.

However, mineral oil clogs pores and allows the skin to remove harmful toxins. Traps bacteria and can lead to acne flare-ups (as usual for me).

Over time, the strips also by the protective barrier of the skin, dry skin, scaly, and susceptible to bacteria, fungi and viruses.

Here's another tip skin care: the use of products containing natural vegetable oils such as moisturizing ingredients.

I thought the natural plant oils are wonderful moisturizers that complement our own moisture and leaves no greasy residue, but rather to give the skin a soft and velvety.

Second Council - Anti-Aging

Here are tips next skin care: keep away from anti-aging creams contain collagen as an active ingredient, they do not work.

It is true that collagen is important to reduce lines and wrinkles. But here's a fact research has shown that collagen molecules are too large to be absorbed through the skin. While the creams that contain collagen are not working.

Here's what will work: There is a new ingredient on the market that is contained in some products that stimulate your body to start producing more collagen in the skin.

The results were overwhelming for people who have used products containing this ingredient. It's just another sign that the field of research in skin care are promoted.

The third prong - Ingredients questionable

Unfortunately, skin care products are not regulated as strongly as pharmaceuticals. There are a number of hazardous ingredients that can be found in many common products.

So here is my next skin care tips: check each product for parabens and other carcinogens, since many companies still use them.

A team of British researchers has made a study and found parabens in breast tumors (Journal of Applied Toxicology, Darbre 2004). So if researchers found parabens in cancerous tumors, why do companies still use them as preservatives? I guess it's because they are cheap.

Other cancer, you can find skin care products are the 1,4-dioxane, some perfumes, acrylamide, and the DEA, MEA, and tea.
